Whiskey Sour
2 oz Barrell Foundation Bourbon
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Angostura
Build in shaker tin, add Barrell Foundation, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Dash with Angostura and garnish with Luxardo cherry.
